TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES WHEN WE HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED TO MOVE A VEHICLE.
INSURANCE
Every car that we move or is in our charge is fully insured. Our Public Liability Insurance is £10,000,000 and our Fully Comprehensive Cover is £100,000. Copies of our insurance documents will be supplied on request. Go Green Car Deliveries Ltd takes no responsibility in the event of any damage caused by stone chips during collections/deliveries.
OUR DRIVERS
All of our drivers are selected and trained by Go Green Car Deliveries Ltd. We do not use agency or temporary staff.
WAITING TIME
Our drivers expect to be on site awaiting a collection no longer than 60 minutes. Waiting time is charged to the booking dealer at a rate of £17.00 + VAT per 60 minute after the first commencing hour. The charge is made due to the delay in the drivers time and the effect of the amount of scheduled jobs that the driver needs to complete. This is also for the safety and welfare of the drivers.
VEHICLE COLLECTION AND INSPECTION
When you instruct us to move a vehicle we make a record of the exterior condition on a 'vehicle condition sheet' to which both parties sign. All four sides of the vehicle will be photographed before any vehicle movement. In the event of 'human error' and damage is missed off the 'vehicle condition sheet' photographs will be reviewed and if damage can be clearly seen on the vehicle before movement, this will supersede the signed document therefore this will NOT be the responsibility of Go Green Car Deliveries Ltd.
VEHICLE CONDITION REPORT
Our drivers/appraisers will ask you to sign a vehicle condition report on delivery of the vehicle to you. Once the vehicle has been inspected and the vehicle condition report has been signed by you or by a representative of your company Go Green Car Deliveries Ltd will have no further liability and cannot be held liable for its condition or be responsible for any future claims as to its roadworthiness, mechanical or cosmetic condition.
VEHICLE CONDITION REPORT AND APPRAISAL SERVICES
Go Green Car Deliveries Ltd, personnel cannot give any guarantees. Vehicle condition reports or vehicle appraisals are based on the opinions of the driver/appraiser following a visual assessment as to the condition of the vehicle at the time of the inspection. The purchaser/buyer may ask our drivers to the check the V5, number of keys, and service books/histories.
LATE ARRIVAL
Our drivers are trained to communicate the late arrival of a vehicle if it will not arrive within one hour of the agreed time. No responsibility is accepted by Go Green Car Deliveries Ltd for late arrivals. Whilst Go Green Car Deliveries Ltd plans all routes effectively unforeseen incidents (traffic, accidents, road closures etc.) can cause delays, our drivers will endeavour to keep the Customer / Dealer fully informed of any delays in delivery.
FUEL
In the event of the vehicle needing fuel, the driver will obtain an official receipt, photographed copies with the proof of delivery documents will be sent within the next working day of the vehicle being delivered.
CANCELLATION DRIVEN MOVEMENT
Where a driver has been dispatched and a movement is cancelled by the either dealer/customer and not by Go Green Car Deliveries Ltd, an aborted movement charge will apply. Where an aborted movement physically occurs the original charge for the movement will apply.
Where a driven movement is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the booked date of the movement the full job cost will be charged.
PAYMENT OF INVOICES
Go Green Car Deliveries Ltd will submit daily invoices once the deliveries are completed and signed off. All invoices are due 7 days from date of invoice after the job has been completed.
LATE PAYMENT OF INVOICES
If payment has not been received within 10 days of date of invoice an administration fee of £32.00 + VAT will be applied to each outstanding invoice. In the event of non payment after 28 days legal action may be taken.
DART CHARGE NOTIFICATIONS
All Dart Charge penalties will be covered up to 28 days from the date of any crossings. Go Green Car Deliveries Ltd takes no responsibility of any fines incurred or legal proceedings thereafter.

We welcome you to register any dissatisfaction with our services. Please go to “Contact” at the top of the homepage and we will respond with an acknowledgment of your complaint. We will deal with any complaint expeditiously.
